The gallopmaster finish was spot on, giving the speedsters every chance while still rewarding those with stamina over the longer trips.
From the opening EBF Restricted Maiden through to that staying test in the finale, this was exactly the sort of card that reminds you why all-weather racing has come so far. Quality fields, competitive betting, and plenty of talking horses emerging from the pack.
