Cossack Chach (6yo, rated 122) is right in the mix too. The Lucinda Russell and Michael Scudamore combination is always worth respecting at Scottish tracks, and Derek Fox is a canny pilot. No course-distance flag, but rated 122 and dropping into a race where he's second in the weights — he'll be competitive.

Theirshegoes (9yo, rated 93) also carries course-and-distance form [D] and Gregor Walkingshaw knows his way around here. Nine years old but still competitive at this level under Sandy Thomson's patient handling.
Huit Reflets — 14:13 (Each-Way Shout)
Worth a mention at likely bigger odds: Huit Reflets (9yo, rated 90) has both course and distance form [C,D] and Oscar Palmer is quietly underrated as a conditional. Mark Walford's horses have been running well and this veteran clearly goes well around Hamilton. Each-way value at a decent price.
Loman Lady — 14:43 Maiden Hurdle
The Class 4 maiden hurdle is a GBB race and the Dan Skelton yard have sent Loman Lady (5yo) up with Harry Skelton in the saddle. She has course form [C] and the Skelton operation rarely travel this far north without a serious chance. In a field where several runners are unrated, she's the most obvious professional threat. The Good ground is fine for her.
Jeteye — 16:43 Sun Racing Summer Jumps Handicap Hurdle
The closer is a thirteen-runner Class 5 over 2m 7f 63y and Jeteye (9yo, rated 100) heads the market as a course-and-distance specialist [C,D]. Jonathan England rides for Sam England's yard — a father-and-son partnership that punches above its weight. Rated 100 at the top of the weights, he'll need to carry his burden, but his track record here speaks for itself. The extra distance suits a stayer and the Good ground is no problem.
